Meet the Short Sale Management Team

Matthew Freeland

Matthew Freeland has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 10 years. Over the past decade he has been involved in all aspects of residential real estate including mortgage lending, purchase of properties through foreclosure auction or probate, renovation and resale, and home development projects. A proud graduate of San Diego State University he feels fortunate to have grown up in Southern California. Matt enjoys spending time with his family, along with surfing, golfing, the mountains, his dogs and rooting for his Aztecs.

Ash Lomont

Ash grew up in Southern California and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors and has 15 year experience in real estate. Ash graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He has carried a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients.

Jared Zamost

Jared Zamost grew up in Long Beach, CA and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Journalism. He has been very active in the sports community as he has hosted his own radio and television shows, written a weekly newspaper column and worked for CBS Sports in Denver. Jared has been in the real estate/mortgage business since 2002. His knowledge and experience in real estate sets the foundation to providing every one of his clients the most competent, attentive and sincere service possible. He believes in under promising and over delivering and has developed the most effective marketing plan to sell homes in the fastest time for the most money, even in a tough market.

Derek Sagun

Derek grew up in Cerritos CA and graduated from Gahr HS. Shortly after completing his studies in business, Derek started his career in mortgages and real estate. He offers 17 years of experience in lending, underwriting, asset management, and real estate. Derek still lives in Cerritos with his wife and their two boys.
